What are the Istanbul Car Rental Conditions?
Istanbul Car Rental Conditions are now much simpler with Cimla Rent A Car! You can return/deliver the rental car at our head office. Your reservation change request will be fulfilled at any time before the rental period begins. The tenant must be over 22 years old at the time of the rental agreement and have a domestic or valid international driver's license for at least 3 years. The total vehicle rental fee is collected by Cash or Credit Card upon delivery of the vehicle. The Lessor must declare an active Credit Card upon delivery of the vehicle. A provision fee is deducted at the beginning of the car rental, excluding the rental fee.
What happens if I exceed the mileage limit?
If the daily mileage limit is exceeded, an additional mileage fee will be reflected in the daily rental fee.
What are the points to be taken into consideration?
- In the following cases, the Insurance Benefit Coverage will be invalid and the damage that will occur will not be covered by the insurance:
- Giving the use of the vehicle to anyone other than those whose names are written on the rental contract,
- Using the vehicle outside normal usage conditions (using the vehicle with high engine temperature, poor road conditions or walking on flat tires, filling the vehicle with incorrect fuel and other similar situations),
- Using the vehicle outside of traffic rules (exceeding legal speed limits, crossing red lights and other similar violations),
- Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- A load carried in the vehicle causes damage or an accident,
- Using the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (failing to adjust the speed according to road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front at the minimum safe distance and other similar uses),
- Failure to immediately report an accident or theft to the contact numbers given to the customer, abandoning the vehicle at the scene of the accident (except for a preventive condition determined by a doctor's report),
- Failure to receive the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol report) from the relevant authorities within 48 hours in case of an accident,
- Failure to return the original key in case the vehicle is stolen.
- Failure to deliver the vehicle without approval and despite the end of the rental period,
- Damage to the vehicle or the other side due to the loads carried inside the vehicle,
- Damages to tires, glass or headlights are not included in the Exempt Accident Insurance. This insurance can be purchased separately.
- Financial compensation amounts arising from damage to third parties are covered under the compulsory financial liability insurance coverage.
- The customer is responsible for amounts outside the coverage limits.
